Each product is hand checked by us before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Returns are available if initiated within 10 business days of receiving your package for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please email us within 10 days of delivery to request the return. Any claims made after 10 business days will NOT be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Due to possible loss items during transit.
Please also note :
- Failed deliveries, lost packages, or incorrect delivery address will not be replaced or refunded.
- All items must be returned in their original condition; unused, unopened, including packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn or altered.
- Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Unauthorized will be discarded.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund.
- Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items will be shipped back at the customer’s expense meaning that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges involved in returning the items.

If possible, please be sure to include your invoice within the package, making note of the items that you are returning. If you are unable to or would like to keep your invoice, please be sure to write your order number on the outside of the package.
