For standard shipping, most orders are delivered within our estimated 3-5 business days even if the tracking info shows no updates. The estimated delivery time displayed on the checkout page is not guaranteed.
How long does it take before my order gets shipped?
We are based in California, USA. We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time checking/perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around the end of the year. Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens. Please contact us if there is any question concerning the time to dispatch.
How can I check my order status?
Once the package is dispatched, a tracking will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 1 day for the tracking to be updated by the associated courier service. If the tracking is not updated within 2 days, please contact us.
When will you ship my order?
Orders placed using our standard shipping will be processed within 1 - 2 business days.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require additional time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Christmas Day, Black Friday). Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or stolen packages. What if I want to modify/cancel my order?
Order modification/cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
